KEY INFORMATION

Submission: 
•    Deadline: 31st May 
•    Spaces in the exhibition are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
•    Your place will be confirmed once the submission fee has been paid. 
•    Submissions will close once all available spaces have been filled.

Eligibility:
•    Open to all 2D artists aged 16+
•    Work submitted is a 30cm x 40cm canvas or frame, any work received outside these measurements will not be included in the exhibition. 
•    All work must be original by the submitting artist

Fees:
•    £35 per entry
•    Maximum of 2 entries per person
•    Entry fees are non-refundable and include VAT at 20%
•    Sales of works are subject to a 10% fee to cover gallery administration costs.

Key Dates: 
•    Entry Deadline: 31 May
•    Art Work information for labels and website: 1 July 
•    Delivery Deadline: by 12 July  AT THE LATEST 
•    Exhibition Open to Public: 17 July – 26 July 2026
•    Collection of Unsold Works: By 4 August 2026
