Pilates is about moving well. Practise regularly and your body will get stronger, more toned and flexible. You'll correct bad habits in your posture and be able to enjoy your day to day activities or favourite sport with less chance of injury.
The Body Control Pilates method is suitable for people of all ages and levels of fitness. Small class of 12 max are guaranteed. Classes are run on a block booking basis with the option to try an initial session.
6 - 7 pm: Intermediate

7 - 8 pm : Mixed abillity, beginners welcome
