1 - 2.15pm Term-time
Experience the joy of moving! If you are seeking a strength-building, multidimensional Yoga practice to work the whole body and refine your mental awareness, these classes will nourish you to the deepest levels. Energising and dynamic the sessions are open to those with an established knowledge of yoga and/or a good level of stamina. The classes may include arm balances and inversions and are not suitable for the absolute beginner. Modifications are always offered in a safe and caring environment.
About the teacher:
Monica has almost a decade experience of teaching. She is constantly upgrading her knowledge studying and training with internationally recognised Teachers. She pays careful attention to the student's individual needs and offer options to help them deepen their practice and experience. Monica is accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance International.
