Yoga is for personal development through work on the body, mind and breath. The Yoga postures exercise every part of the body, stretching and toning the muscles and joints, the spine and the entire skeletal system, they work not only on the body's frame but on the internal organs, glands and nerves. Dawn has studied, practised and taught Yoga since 1993 and focusses on experiential anatomy, movement re patterning and embodiment of the deeper teachings of Yoga and invites a calm and easy flow of breath that takes us into a state of quietness and lightness.
By offering a series of simple positions, Dawn will assist in relaxation, strength, stamina and spinal alignment, her wish is for you to become agile, calm and energetic, in short to keep you in better shape
