We are excited to announce that we are working in partnership with Off the Kerb comedy agency to bring you a monthly comedy club featuring the best of established and up and coming stand up talent. Held on the first Sunday of each month the club will provide an intimate setting where you will be able to see rising stars along with some big names trying out new material. At only £12 a ticket (£10 for Horsebridge friends) this promises to be a great local addition to the comedy scene.

Jack Skipper, hailing from South London, has recently gone from a carpet fitter with no qualifications to blowing up, becoming an internet sensation and full-time comedian.
Whether telling stories of life as a family man or observations on working-class life, his everyday guy persona has gained an impressive following on social media, with over 16 million likes on TikTok alone and 360k followers on Instagram.
Jack was a runner up in the prestigious So You Think You’re Funny? New Comedian of the Year competition in 2022, reached the final of the Komedia New Act comedian in 2023 and was nominated for Best Newcomer at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards 2024. He recently starred in the Stand Up Sketch Show on ITV2.
Marlon Davis

Marlon Davis is a talented comedian, improviser and actor whose TV appearances include Live at the Apollo, Live From The Comedy Store, Stand Up Central, The Stand Up Sketch Show and Don’t Hate the Playaz.
Marlon made the final of two national competitions, Laughing Horse New Act of the Year and So You Think You’re Funny at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe the following year, very quickly and firmly cementing his status as a rising star on the comedy circuit.
Marlon has supported Kevin Bridges, Michael McIntyre, and Alan Carr on tour, and is performing at clubs, arts centres, and theatres all over the UK. Marlon’s act is inspired by his upbringing, exploring urban Britain, and tackling its social issues with skilful characterisations.

Rich Wilson
His “tour de force” (Leicester Mercury) performances have earned him a win for Best International Guest at the 2016 New Zealand Comedy Awards, followed by a sell out run in 2017 which saw him nominated for the same award again. He's performed at sellout shows at the Edinburgh Fringe, Adelaide Fringe, Melbourne Comedy Festival and the New Zealand Comedy Festival. An extremely in demand writer, Rich Wilson has also contributed on shows for BBC Three, Sky Arts and Channel 4.
Rich is also the host of the wildly popular insane in the: podcast series; currently featuring Men Brain, Fem Brain and soon for your aural pleasure, Them Brain! Rich talks to funny and interesting people about their experiences with mental health. In the last year the podcast has been nominated for an award with Podbible and in 2019 won an award with JOE for best podcast with the likes of; Guilty Feminist, Off Menu and Films To Be Buried With.
Guests have included; James Acaster, Scroobius Pip, Heston Blumenthal, GBBO’s Tom Allen, Romesh Ranganathan, David Baddiel, Jen Brister, Simon Evans, Dane Baptiste, Darren Harriott and many more.

Paul has completed two sell-out tours of the UK with Sean Lock on his Keep It Light tour in 2017, and more recently toured with Kevin Bridges on his record-breaking Brand New tour in 2018. He has performed two solo tours of his own, Suburban Legend in 2018, and Lemon in 2020/21.
In 2019 Paul made his debut on the flagship BBC stand-up show Live at the Apollo. He previously has starred in BBC Three’s Impractical Jokers and Russell Howard’s Good News, Comedy Central’s Stand Up Central, Channel 4’s 50 Funniest, and CBBC’s The Dog Ate My Homework.
An accomplished radio presenter and guest, Paul has recently been heard on talkSPORT, Absolute’s The Alternative Vote, Rock ‘N’ Roll Football with Rob Beckett, and Russell Kane’s Whistle Stop Tour on BBC Radio 2. He also presents The Paul McCaffrey Show every Saturday morning on Jack FM.
Paul is an award-winning comedian (Latitude New Act of the Year, London Paper New Act of the Year) and headlines at the biggest comedy clubs in the country. He has performed four critically acclaimed Edinburgh shows as well as major music festivals: Reading, Leeds, V Festival, Bestival and Latitude.
Paul is also the co-host of smash hit podcast What’s Upset You Now? with fellow comedian Seann Walsh.
Elliot Steel

Elliot Steel, despite being in his twenties, is a veteran of the British comedy circuit. Starting at sixteen, he has wowed audiences and impressed critics. Having multiple viral clips, Steel is becoming a voice for those in their mid-twenties with his dark but intelligent style.
Marked as one-to-watch by The Independent, Elliot Steel is a rising talent on the UK’s comedy circuit. Receiving critical acclaim at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival with his show Merked in 2019, you won’t want to miss this brand-new work in progress show.

Carly Smallman

Carly loves comedy - it's her whole life! From writing funny songs, to telling jokes, this girl can't get enough of making people laugh! She has performed stand-up on the BBC, been a panel show regular for ITV, and hosted on Talk Radio...but her passion lies in live comedy. She has played at some fabulous venues; from every major comedy club, to arts centres, The West End's Vaudeville Theatre and the Hammersmith Apollo!
In 2022 Carly starred in Radio 4 sitcom, 'Damned Andrew'. She played Siobhan and a variety of other characters across all four episodes. However, she mainly keeps busy walking her dog (and best friend) Indie, eating ramen, and hitting the gym.

Jake Lambert

Described as ‘a joke machine’ by The Telegraph, Jake Lambert is a rapidly rising stand-up known for his non-stop gag-filled storytelling. His online videos have racked up over 500 million views, building Jake a devoted fanbase.
Following three sell-out runs at the Edinburgh Fringe, Jake is currently on his very first ever-growing international tour with his show The Sunshine Kid. He will continue to tour across the UK and globally throughout 2025.
He has appeared on BBC’s Live at the Apollo, Comedy Central at the Comedy Store and Comedy Central Live, UKTV’s Rosie Jones’s Disability Comedy Extravaganza, and is a recurring guest on the BBC’s The Apprentice: You’re Fired. Chantel Nash started performing stand-up comedy half way through 2022 and has been gradually clawing her way onto the comedy circuit, having already shared the stage with some of her comedy heroes including Kerry Godliman, Slim, Laura Smyth and Kane Brown. Her effortless charm is winning over audiences one postcode at a time and she has won regional heats and reached the finals of both the So You Think You’re Funny and BBC New Act competitions this year.
Chantel will be appearing on Comedy Central Live this series and made her first audio debut on Mo Gilligan’s Spotlight on Audible. Last autumn she joined the tour of Mo Gilligan and Friends – the Black British Take Over at the Eventim Apollo in London.
Chantel has recently launched her podcast Making Friends, where she interviews people she would like to be friends with, about their lives, loves and friendships. Chantel has recently made friends with Charlene White, Suzi Ruffell and Kyrah Gray.
