Family Art Club is aimed at children of any age who love to be creative. The sessions are designed to be enjoyed with parents, guardians or grandparents in a supportive and inspiring space.
The sessions are FREE but with a suggested donation of £5.
Join us on Saturdays each month, along with extra seasonal specials during school holidays.

Printed portraits: Come and join us for our Portrait Printing Family Art Club. Create your own portrait using a simple printmaking technique. If you have a favourite person or animal, bring along an image to use to inspire your work! Please make sure you visit our Galleries, where we are showing ‘InPrint’, a stunning exhibition by a diverse range of printmakers.

Fish Art Pendant: February brings a fish themed Family Art Club. Using drift wood and ready made clay fish you'll be painting your own fish pendant. Please have a look around our galleries for inspiration, Whitstable Arts Society presents a sea inspired show called ‘Shore Thing’.

Collage Creations: In this month's Family Art Club, we’ll be making Collage Posters. Using paper collage, you will create fun artwork using wording; your name, bold word or maybe a positive quote. Please visit both of our galleries, especially Gallery 2, where Joan Hobson has her exhibition ’Tell Me A Story’. A fabulous exhibition of artwork all made from collage.
