We are incredibly pleased to announce that we have been awarded funding from Arts Council England and the government’s Culture Recovery Fund that means we can stay open, continue creating arts for all across our district and be #HereForCulture.
We are opening our doors again! From 7 September we are opening just for our wonderful tutors to start running classes (please note you will need to book with them to attend). Then from 7 October we will be open Wednesday to Sunday to everyone, launching with our Connection In Isolation exhibition.

The Horsebridge Arts Centre is hoping to reopen in September.
We wanted to share some fantastic news we have received this week. We have been awarded £35,000 by Arts Council England (ACE) towards anticipated loss of income due to the impact of Covid-19. The award will cover around 80% of the anticipated financial impact on the centre IF we are able to open from July.

Alex is an illustrator based in sunny Margate, UK. He specialises in map illustration and work across a variety of projects from children's work to editorial and print.
Shanaz is a local artist and has been running a small art prints, design and illustrations business called Rainbow Raindrops on Etsy since 2013. She started some new designs again last year and these are now available in the Horsebridge Shop.
It is with a heavy heart we have decided that we must temporarily close the doors from Saturday 21 March 2020. Our priority has to be to keep staff and visitors safe and to act responsibly.
