On Wednesday we held the first of our Wild Escape Whitstable creative workshops inspired by some of the more surprising animals found in the Whitstable Community Museum.
We had a lovely afternoon crafting prehistoric creatures including woolly mammoths, rhinos, megaladons and also some more familiar birds that have inhabited Whitstable over the years.
Until Saturday, you can still take part in the Spot and Dot half term family activity at the museum to see if you can find the remains of these creatures for yourself and also enjoy exploring the rest of their unique collections.
There will be lots more opportunity to get involved with The Wild Escape Whitstable so keep an eye out for more information on workshops and activities coming soon, including the brilliant classes coming this term with our Young Makers Club.
