It will improve your posture, balance, flexibility your body's muscle tone, stamina

Wednesday 6.30-7.30pm Intermediate Class
For both men and women who are familiar with the Pilates exercises, the breathing
and know how to engage their core.
Wednesday 7.30-8.30pm Beginners Class
For men and women, where you will learn all the above.
