The intention of 'The Joy of Spring' is to celebrate an emergence from lockdown during the Coronavirus Pandemic.
"Blossoms are the first clue that spring is on its way after a cold dark winter. A ray of hope, a promise of better times ahead. So appropriate now after many months in lockdown amidst the gloomy winter.
We have been longing for freedom."
In the exhibition Clare hopes to bring some joy and brightness. A glimpse of good times ahead. A promise of hope.
'The Joy of Spring' is a revised exhibition after Clare's original show 'A Ray of Light' was postponed from November last year due to the closure of the galleries.
