Realising that many people want to be creative but don’t always have the means to do so, we created Whitstable's first ART BANK, a collection of donated and preloved art materials that are available to all on a pay what you can basis.
It is very important to us at the Horsebridge that no-one is excluded from being able to access and use art materials as we know how important being creative is for people’s well-being, particularly in these challenging times.
The Art Bank is also an important part of supporting environmental responsibility by ensuring that more materials are re-used and not just thrown away.
Our pop up ART BANK is a great place to find a huge range of art and craft materials for all ages and abilities.
We have:
Paints I brushes I sketchpads I art books I card making materials I decorative paper I pencils I fabrics and so much more!
You can call in anytime to take what you need and pay what you can.
