Our pop up ArtBank is back, filling Gallery 2 with a huge selection of art and craft materials that are donated to us each year. Please do come and browse through the collection - the idea is that you take what you need and just pay what you can.
We are lucky to regularly receive a wide range of unwanted or preloved materials in the form of donations from generous members of the community that we want to find good homes for that include:
Paints I brushes I artist quality pencils and pens I art sets I card making supplies I framing materials I art grade papers I sewing accessories I childrens crafting sets and so much more.
Since June 2021 the Artbank initiative has prevented a huge amount of preloved art materials going into landfill and enabled hundreds of people who may not be able to afford art materials the opportunity to access a wide range of art supplies for free.
Any monetary donations received during the pop up ArtBank will go directly back into supporting free and subsidised creative activities at the Horsebridge.
If you have any unwanted creative materials that you would like to donate please do bring down to the centre at any time, they will always be gratefully received.
