Linda Tiley is a Textile Designer and Educator, who has had a career in Fashion Design, teaching Design and Textile Crafts, and was the owner of the local yarn shop Whitknits for 10 years.
"Thinking inside and outside the box is how I would describe my journey, constantly trying to push boundaries, whilst observing the constraints of the human body and commercial demands."
Liz Shedden's work has evolved over the years from pictorial to a more abstract style. Inspiration can strike anywhere - a colour, a flower, a place , a view, an item of clothing, a piece of china, a beautiful plate of food or a reflection in a puddle, anything from a shiny new piece of packaging to a vintage postcard, a feeling, a smell or a memory.
