Acrylic and Oil

Coming from the Mediterranean, I am fascinated by bright colours. My preferred medium is acrylic. I like to use thick paint, palette knives, kitchen towels, scrapers and other unorthodox tools.

Acrylics on canvas

Water colours were my first love but acrylics with their vibrancy and sheer drama soon had me hooked. I have been described as ‘a colour and texture obsessed dramatist’ – I’ll settle for that.
