Funding award to support film screenings

We have great news to share!

We have been awarded funding from National Lottery Awards for All to support our regular matinee film screenings. This means that we will be replacing our fifteen-year-old projector and purchasing a new screen for our film events – we are really looking forward to being able to improve the viewing experience of our audiences. Our Thursday Matinee film screenings are as much a social occasion for many as they are a chance to watch the film, these screenings also include free tea or coffee and biscuits.

To celebrate our grant funding we will be lowering the price of our Thursday matinee film tickets from October to £4 (£3 earlybird) until 2020.

Our autumn season of films include a Sunday morning screening of family film Never Ending Story followed by a matinee of Five Seasons: The Gardens of Piet Oudolf, a fascinating documentary journeying through all four seasons in stunning gardens and locations around the world. Our Friday film this autumn is Rocket Man. View our film listings for more details and films.

Thank you The National Lottery Community Fund.
