CONDITIONS OF SALE
Use of our site is governed by the Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully as they include important terms which apply to you and which you are deemed to accept by using the Site. These conditions including the information below outline the conditions under which we sell the products ("Products") and services ("Services") listed on the the Site to you. Please note that before placing an order for Products ("Order") you will be asked to agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you refuse to accept these Terms and Conditions, you will not be able to order any Products from the Site.
Information Accuracy
All specifications, products, descriptions, and prices of Products on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our Products, including the applicable colors. However, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, content, or materials provided through the Site.
The inclusion of any Products or Services on the Site at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these Products or Services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
There are certain Products and Services available for purchase through the Site which you may only purchase if you are at least 18 years old. The age restrictions applicable to the sale of such Products and Services will be noted on the relevant page(s) of the Site. Where applicable, we reserve the right to cancel any purchase of Products and Services where we reasonably believe that you are not at least 18 years old or are purchasing Products or Services on behalf of somebody aged under 18 years.
Placing an Order
Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an Order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your Order to us. Please read and check the details carefully at each stage of the order process.
Any concessions on sales must be applied for at the time of the order, and evidence of entitlement produced when requested.
No refunds are made on event tickets, including course or class bookings subject to statutory rights and discretion of management. Exchanges are made at management discretion and will be subject to an administration fee per ticket.Age restrictions apply to the venue and to some events and proof of age / ID may be required for entry.
Event ticket holders may be filmed or photographed as part of the audience.
After you place an Order, you will be redirected to the web page confirming that we have received your Order. However, please note that this does not mean that your Order has been accepted.
We will confirm our acceptance of an Order by sending you an email which confirms that the Products or Services have been ordered ("Order Confirmation").
If we are unable to supply you with a Product or Service, for example because that Product is not in stock or no longer available or because of an error in the price on our Site, we will inform you of this by email and we will not process your Order. If you have already paid for the Products or Services, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.
Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you should receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order.
We only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card (and then the contract is made based on these terms).
We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product and/or to refuse service to any customer. In the event we make
a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
We also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.
Email Communication
By purchasing on the Site or otherwise creating an account on the Site, you understand that we may send you communications or data regarding our products and services. You agree to receive such communications from us.
Unless such email is necessary to facilitate a transaction, such as to complete a sale or provide you with information related to a purchase, we will give you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving these commercial emails from us by following the opt-out instructions provided in such message(s). Opting out may prevent you from receiving email messages regarding special offers, improvements, or other updates.
You also agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications that we provide to you by email satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Your consent to receive communications and do business by email, and our agreement to do so, applies to all of your interactions and transactions with The Horsebridge. Please keep us informed of any changes in your email address so you may continue to receive our communications without interruption.
Delivery Condition
When an order is placed, it will be delivered to an address designated by you as long as that delivery address is compliant with the delivery restrictions contained on the Site. We use a third-party shipping agent to ensure the delivery of your purchased products.
Regardless of the effort we put in to meet all delivery deadlines, we do not warrant the delays may not happen because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, or bad weather. However, we will keep you updated as much as we can, and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.
Delivery
For products or Services that are not delivered digitally we will aim to ship all orders within 5 working days of the date of the Order Confirmation.
Delivery of an Order shall be completed when we deliver to the Products or Services to the address you gave us, and the Products or Services will be your responsibility from that time.
Delivery charges will be shown clearly when placing an Order.
Returns and Refunds
As a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel an Order (and receive a refund) if you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want to receive or keep a Product or Service. Your right to cancel starts on the day you receive the Order Confirmation and the deadline to cancel is the date 14 days after you receive the Product. The exception is for event tickets as detailed in Placing an Order which are non-refundable.
To cancel an Order, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel, please contact The Horsebridge by email, phone or by post. Contact information will be included in our Order Confirmation. If you are emailing us or writing to us please include details of your Order to help us to identify it. If you send us your cancellation notice by email or by post, then your cancellation is effective from the date you send us the email or post the letter to us.
If you cancel we will refund you the price you paid for the Products or Services. We will refund you on the method of payment used to pay for the Order.
Prices, Delivery charges and Promotions
The prices of the Products and Services will be as quoted on the Site at the time you submit your Order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of Products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
Prices for our Products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any Order you have already placed.
Items included within Sales cannot be combined with any other offer or discount code.
The price of a Product includes VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK for the time being. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of your Order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the Products in full before the change in VAT takes effect.
The price of a Product does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as advised to you during the check-out process, before you confirm your Order.
It is always possible that, despite our efforts, some of the Products on the Site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that:
(a) where the Product's correct price is less than the price stated on our Site, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Products to you. However, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the Products to you at the incorrect (lower) price; and
(b) if the Product's correct price is higher than the price stated on the Site, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Product at the correct price or cancelling your Order. We will not process your Order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the Order process, we will treat the Order as cancelled and notify you in writing.
Compliance and Availability
The products sold through the Site are intended to comply with U.K. regulations. If you are a non-U.K. based user, be advised that other countries may have laws, regulatory requirements, and product safety requirements that are different than those in the U.K..
Product availability on our Site is not guaranteed as it may be low in stock. If a product is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via e-mail. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your items have shipped.
Other important terms
Each of the paragraphs of these Conditioans of Sale operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Conditions of Sale, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any later default by you.
