A 90-minute weekly musical theatre class for aspiring performers aged 16 to 18. Develop acting, singing and dance skills, build confidence and prepare for auditions and live performances in a supportive and creative environment.

Are you passionate about performing and looking to take your skills to the next level?
Our 90-minute Musical Theatre class is designed for aspiring performers who want to develop strong foundations in acting, singing and dance while gaining the confidence and versatility needed for stage performance, further training and auditions.
Throughout the year, students will work on each discipline individually before combining them to become confident, well-rounded performers. Sessions include technical training, ensemble work, performance exercises and repertoire from a range of musical theatre styles.
Our 3-Term Programme
Autumn Term – Skills & technique
Develop your acting, singing and dance technique while building confidence as an independent performer. Students will also prepare and practise mock auditions, helping them gain valuable experience and receive professional feedback in a supportive environment.
Spring Term – Performance development
Continue refining your technique while applying your skills to songs, scenes and choreography. The term concludes with an informal showcase where family and friends can celebrate the progress made throughout the year.
Summer Term – Performance season
Bring everything together as you rehearse repertoire for TDA's spectacular whole-school variety show. Alongside rehearsals, classes continue to include fun warm-ups, creative exercises and ensemble activities to further develop performance skills.
