Whitstable Rocks Oyster Festival is our towns very own 3 day seafood and cultural celebration from Friday 11th September to Sunday 13th September 2026.
A Weekend of Music, Tradition, Fun & Flavour
Join us in Whitstable this September for three incredible days celebrating the mighty oyster and everything that makes this coastal town so unique. From the historic Landing of the Oysters Ceremony to live music, and family fun — the Whitstable Rocks Oyster Festival is back, bigger, better, and celebrating our 5th year in style!
Steeped in maritime heritage and community spirit, this is the perfect place to eat, dance, explore — and celebrate oysters. Whether you’re here for the food, the music, the mud, or the memories, the Whitstable Rocks Oyster Festival 2026 promises a weekend you’ll never forget.
Our Festival Fringe is back and better than ever in 2026. A celebration of our town-wide spirit, where beloved local venues become part of the party. Our Fringe Partners are supporting WROF not just as much-needed Sponsors, but by curating their own exciting fringe events across the weekend.
The festival takes place throughout the town, with something happening around every corner.
As festival fever takes over the town, come and experience what we have on offer here at The Horsebridge as part of Festival Fringe activities for all the family.
