World Health Qi Gong Day: an introduction with Olga Koroleva
Health Qi Gong derives from an ancient Chinese tradition of Shaolin martial arts combined with decades of scientific research, and is a proven method for keeping our bodies, minds, and emotions healthy. This World Health Qi Gong Day, join BHQA instructor Olga Koroleva for a one-off introductory event to this powerful practice. You will learn about the history and origin of Qi Gong, its contemporary applications and health benefits, and experience the Eight Brocades Brocade moving meditation yourself.
You will be guided through this series of movements to increase your vitality and energy levels, improve sleep, and increase resilience to stress in work and everyday context, as well as reduce chronic and inflammatory pain. When practiced regularly, Qi Gong becomes the pathway to finding peace of mind, body balance, and inner joy. Qi Gong is adaptable and accessible to anyone.
Following the formal part of the event there will be an opportunity to sign up for group and one to one classes with Olga, ask questions, and meet other practitioners!
